Job description

Have a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or the equivalent experience
have high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles, make learning fun and exciting
Provide individual and small group support to students, focusing on their individual learning goals.
Implement individual education plans and behaviour management strategies.
Monitor and track student progress
have strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
have a good standard of English and numeracy, GCSE grade A to C or equivalent in both subject areas
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
