Are you a caring, enthusiastic and committed individual looking to make a real difference in children's lives?

Kempston Rural Primary School, nestled in the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside, is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a fixed-term position until 31st August 2027, with the possibility of extension.

You will work closely with class teachers and the senior leadership team to support pupils in class, deliver targeted interventions, and provide small group and 1:1 support for children with a range of needs and disabilities.

All our support staff are allocated a wellbeing afternoon off per term.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-3:30pm

Friday: 8:00am-1:30pm

(31.5 hours per week)
