- Have a calming and caring manner;
- Have experience of supporting children with SEND in their learning;
- Be committed to raising standards for all groups of children;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Be able to show initiative;
- Be able to work as part of our team; flexible and adaptable;
- Be first aid trained/willing to undertake first aid training.
