Job description
We are seeking someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their contribution to our whole school community;
- Has the ability to work confidently, effectively, flexibly and independently
- Has experience of working with and supporting children of EYFS aged children in a school environment.
- Is committed to getting the best outcomes for all pupils
- Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
- Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
- Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development.
- Is willing to listen, take advice and adapt classroom practice
- Shows initiative and creativity in different situations;
- Is passionate about children’s safety and well-being;
- Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
