Job description
Ashdene Primary School is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2026.
The successful candidate will support teaching and learning within the classroom, primarily during morning sessions, and may also be required to provide ad hoc whole-class cover. It is anticipated that the role will involve supporting pupils in Key Stage 2.
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Works effectively as part of a team whilst showing initiative and flexibility.
- Has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
