• Salary – Scale C3-4, £14,063 - £14,283 actual pa (£24,796 - £25,185 FTE)
• Fixed Term to 31 August 2027
• Part Time
• 24.5 hours per week
• Term Time plus 1 week
• Required for 1 September 2026

Happisburgh Church of England Primary Academy are looking for a teaching assistant to join our fantastic team. This is to support teaching and learning in our school.

We are looking for:

• A positive practitioner who is able to support our small classes and teach small groups as part of a strong team
• A team player who understands the joys and challenges of working in a small school 
• A caring, compassionate practitioner who has confidence to work with children across the primary phase.
• A clear knowledge of how to support all children to achieve their full potential
• A clear commitment to the values and Christian ethos of our Academy and our Trust
• Enthusiasm, positivity and a good sense of humour
