We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting young people who may present with physical behaviours that challenge, including those with complex physical needs. This role requires a calm, consistent and resilient approach, alongside the ability to use agreed strategies to support students safely and effectively. Successful candidates will be committed to building trusting relationships, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment for all.
