We pride ourselves on helping to influence and shape future citizens who can contribute to their own well being and that of others and who can achieve in their own individual goals and aspirations.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting young people who may present with physical behaviours that challenge, including those with complex physical needs. This role requires a calm, consistent and resilient approach, alongside the ability to use agreed strategies to support students safely and effectively. Successful candidates will be committed to building trusting relationships, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment for all. Full training in approaches such as Team Teach and safe moving and handling will be provided, and staff will be supported as part of a skilled and collaborative team.
Applications are handled on Teaching Vacancies (GOV.UK).
