Job description

We are seeking three dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and hardworking team in KS1 and Lower KS2. Featherstone Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and vibrant school, where the children thrive. The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Ambitious, imaginative, able to inspire, challenge and motivate all children.
  • Flexible, creative and committed to developing their expertise as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Well organised with high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and on their own initiative.
  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification e.g. NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and learning in School.

The successful candidate will typically work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 3:50pm, although some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the school.
