We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Lift Bexleyheath. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to support students' learning, attainment, and personal development. You will play a key role in promoting students' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion, helping them to access the curriculum, engage fully in learning, and experience success in the classroom. This is a highly rewarding role that has a direct impact on students' educational journeys and outcomes. To support the best outcomes for our students, we require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
