Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly effective, Teaching Assistant to join the friendly and supportive team in our Learning Support Unit to support a range of students across all areas of the curriculum.

Our Teaching Assistants undertake work that supports access to learning for students, assisting the teacher in the management of students in the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children aged 11-16 years and be able to demonstrate they can implement the academy’s commitment to the safety and welfare of children.
