Trust Business Manager

This is a new trust-wide role designed to strengthen operational consistency, compliance and effectiveness across River Tees Multi-Academy Trust. The Trust Business Manager will work alongside the Chief Operating Officer, School Business Managers and school leaders across all schools in the trust, providing guidance, challenge and support to help ensure that business operations are well managed, compliant and aligned with trust expectations. The postholder will act as a key link between schools and central services, helping to embed strong systems, improve practice and support continuous improvement across a range of operational functions.
