Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing attendance, attainment, progress and other key performance indicators to identify trends, risks and priorities.
  • Improving data quality, consistency, accessibility and reporting processes across the Trust.
  • Enhancing the effective use of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 for collaboration, communication and document management.
  • Delivering training, guidance and support to colleagues with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Supporting leaders in understanding and using national and Trust performance data, including attendance and school performance measures.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Understands school performance, attendance and accountability measures.
  • Has experience of Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, SharePoint and collaborative working practices.
  • Can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Is an excellent communicator with the ability to train and support colleagues confidently.
