Carlton Academy Trust (CAT) is a highly successful medium-sized Trust based in Bradford, with a strong record of improving schools in the most challenging circumstances. We are looking for:

This is an exciting new opportunity to join us as Trust Director of Inclusion, a role created to meet the growing inclusion needs across our schools and to drive a culture of ambition for all students, enabling them to achieve exceptional outcomes. We are looking for an inspirational, strategic and self-motivated leader with a proven track record of securing high standards in special educational needs and inclusion, who is ready to take the next step in their senior leadership career. The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring that every child can thrive and succeed, with a strong commitment to inclusion, equality and excellence for all. Working strategically rather than operationally, they will develop and implement inclusive systems and approaches across the Trust, building strong relationships with school leaders and external partners to ensure the highest standards for all students in line with our mission of "Excellence for All".

As a senior leader within the Trust, the postholder will enjoy considerable autonomy in determining their work schedule according to the needs of the role, with opportunities to work across Trust schools and remotely where appropriate. While the role offers a high degree of independence, it also provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with fellow senior leaders to drive sustainable improvement and secure outstanding outcomes for every learner.
