We are now seeking a professional, highly organised, and proactive PA to the Executive Team, a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership during an exciting phase of growth. This is a part time / term time only role, 20 hours per week, 5 days per week. Cross site and hybrid working.

Our schools are currently based across the London Borough of Redbridge, with excellent transport links across London and beyond.

About Us

Astrum Multi Academy Trust includes Newbridge School, an outstanding all-through special school supporting pupils with severe and complex needs. Alongside our schools, we are proud of our strong and growing partnerships, including work with BHRUT NHS Hospitals, the Local Authority, and Project Search at King George Hospital; a programme supporting young people with learning disabilities and/or autism into competitive employment.

About the Role

As a trusted partner to the Executive Team, you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions with precision
  • Enable strong communication and collaboration between the leadership team and stakeholders

About You

You will bring:

  • Strong administrative expertise, including advanced Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Outstanding planning and organisational capability, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A proactive, flexible mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and making a difference
