Trust HR Adviser

Central England Academy Trust is delighted to welcome applications for the post of Trust HR Adviser to start as soon as possible.

Applications are invited from highly-motivated and suitably-qualified individuals to provide high-quality operational HR guidance and support to school leaders across the Trust. The HR Adviser will support employee relations, recruitment, absence management, compliance and HR administration, ensuring consistent application of Trust policies and employment legislation.
