Vice Principal

Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi Academy MAC are looking to recruit a Vice Principal. This role will be based at St Marie’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery in Rugby. This is a permanent full-time position.

The successful candidate will:

• be a practising Catholic
• have experience of working in a Catholic school
• support the nurturing ethos of our school and help inspire our children to develop their own faith;
• be passionate about educating young people and puts their wellbeing at the heart of all they do;
• support the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher with the day to day running of the school
• work collaboratively with the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher to motivate and inspire staff while making them feel valued and supported.
• have an excellent proven track record in teaching and learning within Primary education
