Job description
Essential:
- Experience working with children (preferably primary age)
- Understanding of children’s emotional and social development
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with young children
- Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Desirable:
- Training in mental health, counselling, or child development
- Experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or trauma
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices in schools

Qualifications
- Minimum: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
