Charing Church of England Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational, and committed Year 1 Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious school community. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) to become part of a supportive team that places children's learning, wellbeing, and development at the heart of everything we do.

- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising achievement.
- Creates an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
- Has excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Works collaboratively as part of a dedicated school team.

- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
