Year 1 Class Teacher

The Headteacher, Governors and children at Thorn Grove Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and passionate Year 1 teacher to join our successful, friendly and inclusive school. • Has a caring nature with the ability to inspire a love of learning through the use of Narrative Immersion
• Has enthusiasm, drive and the ability to be engaging
• Has a ‘we can’ approach to inclusion with a determination to remove barriers to learning
• Has excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• Will set high expectations and deliver high standards for all children through adaptive teaching practices
• Will consult and communicate effectively with all members of the school community
• Will maintain and promote the values and ethos of the school
