Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust is a centre of academic excellence in North West London. The performance of the two schools in the Trust - Hasmonean High School for Boys and Hasmonean High School for Girls - puts them amongst the very top comprehensives in the country. Your new role
We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate, and inspirational non-teaching Year Leader to join our dedicated pastoral team to support the development and progress of students.
This is a pivotal role within the school, leading on the pastoral care, behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing of a designated year group. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to ensure every young person is supported to thrive both academically and personally.
The staff at Hasmonean are highly skilled, they keep abreast of developments in the understanding of effective teaching and learning and they are passionate about students and their progress. The successful candidate will be highly organised, resilient, and an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding. You will have the ability to build positive relationships, manage challenging situations effectively, and act as a key advocate for students.
