6th Form Study Supervisor

We are looking for a 6th Form Study Supervisor to join our warm and friendly 6th Form Team in September2026. No previous experience of working in a school is necessary but applicants must have an interest in working with and supporting our 6th Form students as they navigate what is a challenging period in their academic careers.

Reporting into the 6th Form Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our small team of Study Supervisors who work closely with the students during their study periods and will involve delivering workshops, mentoring students, giving guidance to students on effective study habits, ensuring high standards of behaviour are maintained and supporting particular students with specific needs. You will play a key part in managing an environment that helps students develop their independent study skills and become happy, healthy and effective learners. You will also assist with the management of 6th Form attendance as well as providing regular administrative support to your line manager and the wider 6th Form Team.
