Administration Assistant (Inclusion and People)

The 3 18 Education Trust · Shrewsbury · Shropshire

Job description

Join us at an exciting time

The 3-18 Education Trust is growing. As our family of schools expands, so does the ambition and reach of our central team - and we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Director of Inclusion and Director of People at the very heart of that growth.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside two Trust Directors, gaining genuine insight into the strategic work of a successful multi-academy trust while playing a real part in delivering our strategic pillars of Belonging, Equity and Success.

(This is a three year fixed term contract,in the first instance, in line with grant funding).

About you

You will be a highly organised, proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to communicate professionally at all levels. Experience in education or HR administration would be an advantage, but what matters most is your professionalism, discretion and commitment to getting things right. Full training and support will be provided - including in specialist areas such as the Single Central Record and safer recruitment.

Why the 3-18 Education Trust?

  • A growing, ambitious Trust of 14 schools and around 900 staff across Shropshire.

A genuinely strategic role with visibility at executive and Board level.

  • A supportive central team culture with a strong focus on wellbeing and belonging.

  • Excellent professional development and real scope to grow with the Trust.

    What we can offer you:

Flexible and hybrid working and in addition to a comprehensive induction and a commitment to your ongoing training and career progression, we also offer a range of employee benefits. To find out more information please visit our Trust's Careers Page or our Trust Website.

For an informal conversation about the role, please contact Sadie Howson, Director of Inclusion, at Sadie.howson@318education.co.uk
