Two days a week, Thursday (8.30 - 4.30) Friday (8.30 - 4.00)

Term Time only, Permanent Contract

The Role:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who:

• Is enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, flexible, calm and has a sense of humour.
• Is flexible and able to multi-task in a busy school office.
• Is able to organise workload, recognise priorities and manage several tasks.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.

• Has good ICT skills using various software, Google, Word, Excel, online diaries, website and social media platforms).
• Will have experience of working in an office environment.
