An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Art Technician to support the delivery of a high-quality art curriculum.
We are seeking a proactive candidate, preferably with an art background, who will assist with practical demonstrations, is confident using Adobe Photoshop and will safely set up/clean up studio equipment and materials before and after lessons.
Beyond classroom support, candidates will be required to use schools MIS systems, track departmental budgeting and expenditures and monitor stock levels.
Experience of working in an education setting or with children would be an advantage but not essential.
The successful candidate will have good behaviour management skills, be flexible, enthusiastic and have outstanding communication skills.
Location: Luton
Contract type: Term time plus 5 training days.
Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week / 39 weeks per year working 08:30-15:30
Starting salary: £19,774pa
