Lead and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for SEND pupils
Hold the SENDCo qualification, or be willing to undertake the SENDCo qualification
Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching that meets the needs of all learners
Promote inclusive practice and ensure SEND pupils make strong progress
Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies,families and professionals
Play a key role as part of the wider leadership team
