de Stafford School is looking for an inspiring and dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor (Thrive) to join our passionate and innovative team in supporting our inclusive culture and providing targeted interventions & support.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working with young people 
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) 
  • Able to work with and champion disadvantaged children to achieve positive behaviour outcomes 
  • Vision aligned with GLF Schools high aspirations and the belief that all students can achieve success

About de Stafford School

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.

The Details

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 £27,061 to Point 10 £30,791 (dependent on experience)

Actual Salary: £24,250.43 to £30,352.25 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Mon - Fri (term time only)

Closing Date: 1st March 2026
