Salary: Grade 6(£16.52 - £17.90 per hour) FTE equivalent pay is £27,709 - £30,023 p.a

Hours: 25 -30 hours per week (Core working hours are 09:30 - 14:30)

Join our team and bring your passion for food to our school community!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our catering team. You’ll help deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for our students and staff, while supporting school events and leading the kitchen team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning menus and preparing, cooking and serving meals
• Supervising kitchen staff and maintaining high standards
• Managing stock and ordering supplies
• Catering for school events
• Supporting health, safety and food hygiene standards

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure
• Can lead and motivate a team
• Has catering and stock-control experience
• Has a good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
