This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled, ambitious and visionary leader to become the next Executive Headteacher of Flourish Federation. We are two bustling and thriving school communities, ready for our next chapter of development.

All Saints, Stibbard and North Elmham are caring, aspirational and inclusive schools, with a proud tradition of supporting every child to be the very best they can be.

Our substantive headteacher has moved on to a new role in school improvement and we are therefore seeking an inspirational leader who can sustain and lead the federation into its next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to continue to grow and develop our schools while upholding the Christian ethos and values that make the Flourish Federation such a distinctive and rewarding community to learn and work with.

As Executive Headteacher, you will provide clear strategic direction and inspirational leadership, ensuring that our culture of high expectations continues to flourish. You will champion consistently high-quality teaching and learning, a rich and meaningful curriculum, and an inclusive environment where every child, family and member of staff feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

Working in partnership with committed Trust Officers, Local Governing Committee and benefiting from strong local leadership networks, you will lead in line with DNEAT values, fostering collaboration, aspiration and excellence across the school and wider Trust community. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact, leading a federation of schools that is embracing national and local developments, continuing to raise aspirations and always focussed on the very best outcomes for all.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. Please contact the school office to book an appointment or speak with Mrs Otty, Deputy Headteacher. If you would like an informal conversation with AGEP, Tracy Warner, she would be delighted to speak with you: 01603 550153.
