Working closely with the Group Principal and senior leaders, you will lead the development of a single, joined-up Inclusive Learning offer, including dedicated post-16 SEND provision, innovative community-based delivery models and clear progression routes into further learning, apprenticeships, employment and adulthood.

You will have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence curriculum development, build partnerships and drive innovation whilst ensuring consistently high standards of quality, inclusion and learner outcomes.

What You'll Be Leading

  • The strategic development of Inclusive Learning across the Group
  • SEND and Supported Learning provision
  • Entry Level and Level 1 curriculum pathways
  • NEET and alternative provision programmes
  • Community-based and outreach learning opportunities
  • Student wellbeing, engagement and progression initiatives
  • Cross-group SEND and inclusive practice development
  • Relationships with local authorities, schools, employers and external partners
  • Quality improvement, curriculum innovation and organisational growth

About You

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational educational leader who is passionate about inclusion and committed to ensuring every learner has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

You will bring:

  • Significant leadership experience within education
  • A strong understanding of SEND and Inclusive Learning provision
  • Experience of driving quality improvement and raising learner outcomes
  • The ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent partnership-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic mindset coupled with strong operational delivery
  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
  • The vision and ambition to shape the future of Inclusive Learning across a growing education group
