Lead Estates & Operations across three schools with Consilium Academies
Are you an experienced estates or operations leader looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join Consilium Academies as the Head of Estates & Operations for our North West Hub, providing strategic leadership across three schools in Salford and Doncaster.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead estates, health and safety, compliance, facilities management and capital projects, ensuring our schools provide safe, compliant and inspiring environments for staff and students.
This is a varied leadership role offering the opportunity to influence Trust-wide operational improvements, and the chance to work closely with school leaders to make a real difference.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience leading estates, facilities or operational services across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety, compliance and statutory requirements.
- Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and capital projects.
- Excellent leadership, financial and stakeholder management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
