Job description

Arbour Academy is a specialist SEMH provision within the Kings Academy Trust, offering a small, nurturing environment for young people who are unable to access mainstream education. • Work closely with teachers to support learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.
  • Help implement support plans and monitor learner progress.
  • Prepare and adapt learning resources, including the use of ICT where appropriate.
  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
  • Contribute to assessments, reports, and record keeping.
  • Support learners during exams, trips, residentials, and off-site activities.
  • Liaise effectively with staff, parents, and other professionals where required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all school policies and procedures.
