Job description
You will join a dedicated, experienced, and collaborative team within our Gateway provision, where inclusion is not just a priority but a shared passion. We offer a comprehensive induction programme, alongside ongoing opportunities for professional development—allowing you to grow in the role while contributing your own experience, insights, and expertise.
Specific responsibilities will be shaped around the successful candidate’s skillset and interests, but will involve a mixture of intervention delivery, 1-2-1 and small group support as well as supervision of the Gateway learning area.
This role is designed to provide reduced hours for parents wishing to work but also be available to support with school pick up and drop off.
If you are passionate about making a profound difference, enjoy being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, and want to play a key role in taking our already successful school forwards, we would be delighted to hear from you.
