Job description
We are seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for pupils during the lunch break.
Your role will include:
- Supervision of pupils during lunch time periods; ensuring a safe environment at all times.
- Ensuring any behavioural issues are reported and dealt with using the Academy procedures and don’t go unchallenged.
- Providing support to pupils where necessary whilst assisting to develop their independence.
- Facilitating team games and activities to keep pupils engaged.
- Assisting with keeping a clean and tidy lunchtime environment.
- Feeding back to the class teacher about the lunchtime period.
- Reporting any potential safeguarding issues through to a designated safeguarding lead without delay.
- Supporting the Academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
