Located in a modern building, Churchill Park Academy is an Ofsted Good, all through mixed special school, catering for children and young people of West Norfolk with complex needs. The academy was rated 'Expected Standard' in all areas by Ofsted in June 2026. With 224 students currently on roll, Churchill Park Academy provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of its pupils. The academy is proud to be part of Unity Education Trust.

The successful candidates will have the ability to form positive relationships with children and young people and be committed to ensuring they have the very best support to learn. We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and open minded. Experience of working in a special school is not essential. Candidates must be able to empathize with young people who have a range of complex needs and all age groups.
