This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and hardworking Admin Assistant to join the office team at West Earlham Junior School.

Key elements of this role include daily reception duties; being the first point of contact for parents, visitors and children; undertaking general and financial administration; first aid for children; administration of after school clubs and school trips. 

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • A flexible and friendly approach. 
  • Good organisational skills. 
  • Experience of working in a school office or similar role. 
  • The ability to problem solve and manage changing priorities and work with the team and be self-motivated. 
  • Previous experience of Pupil Asset or Star Accounts (not essential)
