Start Date: September 2026
Starting Salary (pro rata): £32,206.02 (FTE £37,443)

Turves Green Boy's School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our team. We are a vibrant and inclusive school committed to providing the best possible education for our students. We believe in nurturing a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can reach their full potential.
This exciting role will see you working directly with students, providing targeted support to modify behaviour and develop crucial social and emotional skills. You will play a vital role in fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility within our school community.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who embodies a warm-strict ethos: approachable and empathetic, yet confident in setting and maintaining firm boundaries.
- A strong believer in restorative approaches and their ability to build positive relationships and repair harm.
- A trauma-informed practitioner, understanding the impact of adverse experiences on behaviour and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in a similar role within an educational setting. However, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a commitment to learning.
