• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils’ academic and personal development across the school.

• Model and uphold the Christian ethos and values of the Severn Federation Academy Trust.

What We Offer:

• A welcoming, supportive Trust community with a strong sense of shared purpose.

• Opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across multiple schools within the Trust.

• Motivated, enthusiastic pupils who enjoy challenge and discovery.

• An engaging, inspiring curriculum and creative approaches to teaching.

• Access to high quality professional development and Trust wide support.

• A strong commitment to excellent teaching and learning.

• Modern resources and technology to enhance classroom practice.

• A safe, caring, and joyful environment where children thrive.
