This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to shape the future of our only specialist provision within the Trust and establish it as a true flagship school for inclusive excellence.

We are seeking an ambitious, visionary Principal who is passionate about transforming lives and determined to create a centre of excellence that is recognised both within our Trust and beyond. Leading a dedicated team and an extraordinary group of pupils, you will have the opportunity to build upon the school's strengths, drive innovation and ensure that every child receives the exceptional education, care and opportunities they deserve.

This role extends far beyond leading a single school. As the school develops into a flagship for specialist education, the successful candidate will play a key strategic role across the Trust, influencing inclusive practice, developing staff expertise and shaping provision for vulnerable learners across our family of schools.
