The job of School Secretary provides secretarial and administrative support to the Administration; communicating information to students, parents, staff, ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and administrative requirements; and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, instructional and support employees. Promote our culture of high aspiration that is rooted in our Christian values as demonstrated in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

We are looking for someone who is astute, personable, and confident as the first face of our school, offering a warm, professional welcome to pupils, families, staff, and visitors.

They will communicate clearly and courteously, handle a diverse range of tasks with accuracy and calm, and work methodically to maintain high‑quality records and systems.

They will demonstrate sound judgement, sensitivity with confidential information, and the initiative to respond proactively to unexpected situations.

Above all, they will embody our Christian‑rooted values, promote the aims of the academy, and represent the school with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 12:00.
