We’re looking for dedicated, caring individuals who are passionate about special educational needs and are ready to embrace both the challenges and rewards of working in a special school environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings energy and a positive attitude to the workplace

  • Has experience or is keen to learn about supporting pupils with complex needs

  • Can build strong, trusting relationships and encourage confidence, independence, and social development

  • Is adaptable and happy to work with pupils across all ages (reception to year 11)

  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
