Job description
The ideal candidate will need to hold the SENCO qualification, be passionate about SEND, be able to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues; have good organisational skills; act as a listener, facilitator for learning, motivator and role model for the children.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- manage SEND for our mainstream school for pupils aged 1-11 years old
- strengthen provision for SEND pupils by supporting colleagues to help children that have identified needs
fulfill the job description
