West Didsbury CE Primary School · Manchester · Manchester

Job description

Site Officer
Grade 4 | Full Time, Monday - Friday, Split shift: 5.30am-9am and 2.30pm-6.30pm | Thrive CE Academy Trust

We are seeking to appoint a committed and proactive Site Officer who will play a vital role in ensuring our schools provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment where pupils can learn and thrive.

Working closely with school leaders and colleagues across the Trust, the successful candidate will support the effective management, maintenance and security of our buildings and grounds. The role includes responsibility for premises compliance, health and safety, contractor management, site presentation and supporting high standards across the school environment.

As part of a collaborative Trust community, the postholder may also be required to support colleagues across our family of schools, helping to ensure continuity of premises services and sharing expertise where needed.

This role would suit someone with experience in caretaking, facilities, premises or maintenance work who takes pride in delivering high standards and enjoys a varied and practical role.

We offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive Trust community

  • Opportunities for training and professional development

  • The chance to make a positive difference to the daily experience of pupils, staff and visitors
