We are seeking a positive, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team as a Trainee Early Years Practitioner. We will fully fund and support your journey to achieving your Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

The Role & What We Are Looking For

  • A deeply supportive team environment and truly fantastic children.

  • All duty meals provided free of charge.

  • Access to the secure Hampshire Local Authority pension scheme.

  • Flexible income: Opportunities for additional hours during school holidays through our popular holiday provision.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Essential: GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.

  • Desirable: First Aid certification, or any other relevant qualifications relating to childcare or education (though full training will be provided).
