Teacher of Enhanced SEND Provision

The postholder will plan and deliver an ambitious, adapted and personalised curriculum that enables pupils to make meaningful academic, personal, social and emotional progress. They will work closely with the SENDCo, senior leaders, teaching staff, families and external professionals to ensure that pupils are successfully included in the wider life of the school and access mainstream learning wherever appropriate.

The provision will support pupils to develop the knowledge, skills, confidence and independence required to increase their participation in mainstream education, while also providing appropriate support for pupils who may be awaiting a specialist placement.
