- Part-time
- 11.25 hours per week Monday – Friday 1.15 pm – 3.30 pm
- Term Time plus 1 week
- Required from October 2026 or earlier

Blofield Primary School is a one-form entry school located on the outskirts of Norwich. In April 2025, we moved into a brand-new, purpose-built site designed to support high-quality teaching and learning, with capacity for 420 pupils.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is positive with a sense of humour
- Builds strong, positive relationships with children based on mutual respect and understanding
- Has consistently high expectations of learning, behaviour and personal development
- Has experience of supporting children and assisting teachers with the implication of support plans, including EHCPs
- Has a knowledge of teaching phonics and early reading
- Is able to support the teacher in managing children’s behaviour in line with the school’s ethos and culture – connection over correction
- Is enthusiastic about being part of the wider life of the school
- Is hardworking, flexible and an effective communicator
- Enjoys working collaboratively and is committed to continuous personal growth
