19.5 hours per week (Monday , Thursday and Friday), Term Time only

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and collegiate teaching team at Milton Road Primary School.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants experienced in working with young children in our Key Stage one and Key stage two classrooms. We are looking for someone who can offer general classroom support and also care and support for children with higher levels of need.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in supporting children with higher levels of need

Is interested in supporting children with social and emotional needs

Has a therapeutic and nurturing approach to supporting children and behaviours

Is an excellent classroom practitioner

Is resilient, proactive, creative and enthusiastic

Has high expectations for all children and for their own practice

Is able to work as part of a successful team

Milton Road is a large, two-form entry primary school in the North of Cambridge.

As a school, we are excited by the many opportunities that we already offer our children and look forward to expanding on these further as we continue on our journey of development.
