We take pride in our warm, friendly environment and our commitment to nurturing every child – not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. Our dedicated staff team go above and beyond to provide the very best for our children – educationally, morally, spiritually and physically. In return, we provide an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and part of something bigger. As Ofsted noted, “Staff feel proud to work at Wybers Wood Academy.”
We are also proud to hold the Platinum Sportsmark and Silver Artsmark, reflecting our pupils’ exceptional achievements in sport and the arts. Our broad curriculum puts a strong emphasis on oracy, health and confidence, helping pupils to shine as articulate and self-assured young people.
Wybers Wood is a wonderful place to work – with a strong sense of teamwork, community and collaboration at its heart. As part of the Delta Academies Trust, we benefit from excellent professional development opportunities and a culture of reflection and improvement.
