Join Our Team and Make a Lasting Difference

The Grange Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our thriving school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential and believes that every child deserves the very best educational experience.

At The Grange, we pride ourselves on being a warm, welcoming and inclusive school where children feel safe, valued and inspired to succeed. As part of Lydiate Learning Trust, we are committed to engaging, enabling and empowering every learner whilst providing a supportive and rewarding environment for our staff.

As a Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will work closely with teachers and support colleagues to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide effective support for individual pupils, small groups and whole classes. We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning, childcare, education or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Has experience of working successfully with children in a school or similar educational setting.
  • Is committed to delivering the highest standards of support for all pupils.
  • Can build positive relationships with children, colleagues, parents and external professionals.
  • Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and a solution-focused approach.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and equality.
In Return We Offer:
  • A welcoming, caring and supportive school community.
  • The opportunity to work alongside dedicated and talented colleagues.
  • Excellent professional development, coaching and career progression opportunities through Lydiate Learning Trust.
  • Access to occupational health services and employee assistance programmes.
  • An excellent pension scheme and family-friendly employment policies.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a school and Trust that values its staff and is committed to helping every member of the team thrive professionally whilst making a meaningful difference to the lives of children.
