Salary: NJC 10-15 £31,611 - £33,987 (actual), £16,241.74 - £17,462.53 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 22.2 Hours a week, 39 weeks a year
Contract: Fixed Term (August 2027)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) within our 3-year-old Nursery provision.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and colleagues to support our youngest learners' development, wellbeing and early learning, helping to create a nurturing, positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and committed to making a difference in the lives of young children at a crucial stage of their development.
You will support children both within the nursery environment and through targeted activities and interventions, encouraging independence, confidence, curiosity and a love of learning. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's social, emotional and educational development.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys working collaboratively and shares our commitment to high expectations and excellent outcomes for all children.
For ambitious applicants, future career progression is available through our Level 3 and Level 5 Teaching Assistant apprenticeships, as well as Lift Schools' Initial Teacher Training programme.
