  • Hours of work: 18
  • Working pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9.00am - 3.30pm
  • Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 44.6 per academic year
  • FTC term: 1st September 2026 - 31 August 2027

The successful candidate will:

  • Support individuals and small groups of pupils with SEND
  • Be patient, compassionate, and understanding, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to supporting children with SEND to achieve their full potential
  • Be adaptable and responsive, able to tailor support strategies to meet the individual needs of the child
  • Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion through positive behaviour support and a child-centred approach
